摘要: 本文综述了水稻淀粉合成的分子生物学研究的最新进展,主要内容是参与淀粉合成的酶鉴定及其基因表达调控,也介绍了对这些酶的遗传操作改良稻米淀粉品质等内容。

Abstract: The recent advances on molecular biology of starch biosynthesis in rice ate reviewed in this paper. The main contents consist of identification and characterization of the enzymes involved in starch biosynthesis and the gene expression of the corresponding enzymes in rice. The potential manipulation on the genes to change the enzyme activity for improvement of rice starch quality is also introduced.
