摘要： 迄今不少人认为辽西北票义县组气候干热,近年笔者却发现在热河生物群中存在大量喜湿的乔木和草本植物,指示温暖湿润的生存环境.由此,对干热观点提出质疑,需要对热河生物君生存的古气候进行新的解释。
Abstract: The hot and dry climate was considered to exist in Yixian Formation, western Liaoning Province. However, the discoveries of Taxodium, Cryptomeria, Equisetum indicate a warm and wet climate in the late Jurassic or early Cretaceous age of Yixian Formation. A new explanation for the paleoclimate is expounded based on paleobotanical evidence.
