摘要: 蚕豆根尖经孙同浓度(0.1-10.0ppm)的CdCl2溶液处理24-48小时后,根的生长受到不同程度的抑制。对根尖细胞分裂的毒害则表现为低毒C-有丝分裂和高毒的染色体断裂、粘连和液化。此外,对Cd++的毒害机理进行了简略讨论。

Abstract: The root growth of Vicia faba under different concentrations of CdCl2solutions (0.1-10.0ppm) was restrained to various degrees after 24-48 hours of treatment. Effects were also found on the mitosis of root tip cells. It indicated the degrees of toxicity, e.g. lower toxicity caused C-mitosis, higher toxicity caused breakage, stickiness and fluidization of the chromosomes. The mechanism of the toxicity of Cd++ in cell division was discussed briefly.
