新鲜蜂王浆和 6-BA对水稻种子萌发和离体白菜叶片叶绿素含量的影响

Effects of Fresh Royal Jelly and 6-BA on the Germination of Seed in Rice and the Chlorophyll Content of Cultured Brassica Leaf

摘要: 经用10-3g/L、10-2g/L、10-1g/L 6-BA和10-2,10-1、1 g/L新鲜蜂王浆处理水稻种子和离体白菜叶片后,水稻种子发芽率均高于对照值,其中10-2 g/L的6-BA和1g/L的蜂王浆效果最佳。而离体白菜叶片叶绿素含量也比对照高,其中10-3 g/L的6-BA和l g/L的蜂王浆效果最佳。10-2 g/L的6-BA和10-2 g/L的蜂王浆混合处理白菜叶片,其效果要比单独用6-BA和蜂王浆处理好。

Abstract: When rice seed and cultured brassica leaf were treated respectively with 6-BA of 10-3 g/L, 10-2 g/L, 10- l and fresh royal jells of 10-2 g/L, 10-1 g/L, 1 g/L, the germination rate of rice seed was higher than that of the control group, the highest germination rate being found in the group treated with 6-BA of 10-2 g/L and fresh royal jelly of 1 g/L; the chlorophyll content of cultured brassica leaf is also higher than that of the control group, the highest chlorophyll content being found in the group of 6-BA of 10- 3 g/L and fresh royal jelly of I g/L. When treated with blended solution of 6-BA of 10-2 g/L and fresh royal jelly of 10-2 g/L, cultured brassica leaf had higher chlorophyll content than that treated separately with 6-BA and fresh royal jelly.
