茉莉酸作用的分子生物学研究

摘要: 茉莉酸及其衍生物茉莉酸甲酯等统称为茉莉酸盐,是广泛存在于植物中的一种生长调节物质,在植物细胞中起着非常重要的作用。介绍了茉莉酸生物合成过程中关键酶基因的克隆、表达及调控,并对茉莉酸的一些突变体进行了分析,结果 显示茉莉酸在发育及防御尤其是在雄性不育及抗病虫害方面起着非常重要的作用,同时综述了茉莉酸信号转导的最新成果。

Abstract: Jasmonic acid (JA) and its methyl ester (MeJA) collectively named jasm onates are ubiquitously occurring plant growth regulators and they play important role in plant cell. This paper presents some of the new approaches on the cloning、 expression and regulation of the key enzyme genes of the biosynthesis of jasmonates. The analysis of some mutants: fad3_2、fad7_2、 fad8、coi1、opr3、delayed dehiscence 1 indicates that JA plays an important role in plant defense and development, especially in male sterile and resistance to diseases and insects. the new proceedings of signal transduction are also reviewed.
