Planting and Utilization of Camelina sativa (L.) Crantz.

Abstract: This report of oil plant Camelina sativa (L.) Crantz reviews its planting history, biological characters, seed composition, cultivated methods, resistance to disease and insect, and product utilization. The plant has high ability to endure drought and to resist to disease, insect, and weed. As a low-put economic crop, Camelina sativa has a extensive prospect for planting.
