Abstract: In order to provide a general picture of Italian truffle-growing . We done two parts work . ( 1) The evolution which the cultivation of truffles has undergone in Italy right from its beginning; (2) The current situation including the unitaryproductions recorded in the cultivated truffle-grounds .
