摘要: 对横断山脉地区青藏雪灵芝( Arenaria roborowskii ) 进行了核形态学研究。核型公式为2 n = 2 x = 22 =22m, 核型不对称性为1A 型。间期核为复杂染色体型, 前期染色体为中间型。

Abstract: Chromosome numbers and karyotype of Arenaria roborowskii(Caryophyllaceae ) from Hengduan mountains were studied in this paper . The results showed that the karyotype formulas is 2 n =2 x =22 = 22mwith type 1A asymmetry . The interphase nuclei and prophase chromosomes of the specie were found to be of the complex chromosome type and interstitial type .
