青藏高原八种菊科植物染色体核型报道

摘要:

对产自青藏高原的8 种菊科植物进行染色体核型分析, 其中6 种为首次报道。其核型公式和不对称
性如下: 葵花大蓟Cirsium souliei 2n =34m, 1A; 绵刺头菊Cousinia thomsonii 2n =26=22m+4sm, 2A; 小还阳
参Crepis minuta 2n =14=10m+4sm, 2A; 缘毛橐吾Ligularia liatroides 2n =60=32m+28sm, 2A; 肉叶雪兔子
Saussurea thomsonii 2n =36=22m+14sm, 2A; 西藏蒲公英Taraxacum tibetanum 2n =16=10m+6sm, 1A; 其余
2 种的染色体数目及核型与前人的报道一致。

Abstract:

The chromosomes of eight species of the family Asteraceae from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau were investigated. Chromosome numbers and karyotypes of six species were presented in this paper for the first time. Based on
Stebbin爷s classification, the karyotype formulas and asymmetry were enumerated as follows: Cirsium souliei 2n =34m, 1A; Cousinia thomsonii 2n =26=22m+4sm, 2A; Crepis minuta 2n =14=10m+4sm, 2A; Ligularia liatroides
2n =60=32m+28sm, 2A; Saussurea thomsonii 2n = 36 = 22m+14sm, 2A; Taraxacum tibetanum 2n = 16 = 10m+6sm, 1A. The chromosome numbers and karyotypes of other two species reconfirmed previous reports.
