摘要: 利用“黄化水稻第二叶切段倾斜法”探讨了BS与IAA对黄化水稻第二叶切段倾斜效应的比较及相互关系。结果显示,两激素都能促进切段倾斜,其效应均被抗IAA运输的TIBA抑制,但切段对BS敏感得多。两激素在这一效应上有协同作用。

Abstract: Both brassinosteroid and IAA promoted rice laminae inclination and were inhibited by TIBA, but rice laminae were much more sensitive to brassinosteroid than to IAA.The effect of rice laminae inclination caused by 0.01m mol/L BS was three times as much as that by 100m mol/L IAA; both effects were inhibited by 100m mol/L TIBA.Additionally,brassinosteroid and IAA had a synergistic effect on the action of rice laminae inclination.
