The family of Pleuroziaceae of China, except some species, have not been studied com- pletely. In recent years, the authors collected and gathered the Chinese specimens of that family and found that there are five species of Pleuroziaceae in China. Among them, Pleurozia caledenica is newly recorded in China, as well, P.subitheta and P.gigantea are the first time to be found in Fujian and Zhejiang Provinces and Jiangxi Province seperately. The description of the family, key of the species and their figures are included in this paper.
