Abstract: From thc bulblet of Notholirion bulbuliferu, (Lingrlsh) Steam, a folk　medicine (Chinrse name Tai Bai-Mi), a stercidal glycoalkaloid which identified as solanidine-3-O- α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1→2)[-6-D-glucopyranosyl- (1→4) ]- β-D-glucopyranuside (Ⅲ) was isolated together with free solanidine (Ⅰ) and its dehydrated product (Ⅱ).
