Abstract: Dipterocarpaceae is well known as a dominant family in the tropical flora of South-East Asia, which belonged to the constituent of Paleotropic. There are 5 genera, 11 species and 1 varieties of diptrocarp native in Chinese tropicel flora and 7 genera, 16 species plantcd in Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden situated in the South of Yunnan Province were introduced from South-East Asia and other tropical regions of our country.
