Abstract: Two new tropical higher fungi,Cordyceps szemaoensis Zang(Clavicipitaceae),which collected from Cai Yang He Natural Reserve, Simao, Southern Yunnan, China, are described and illustrated here. Type specimens were deposited in HKAS.
