Abstract: In this paper,the present writer is to disuss the taxonomy and the distribution of the genus Syndiclis Hook.f. and agree with the opinion of some botanists that it is considered to be a well genus,not reduced to the geuus Potameia Thou.which being from Madagascar.The chief character of the genus is of 4 staminodes that curved and includeed the ovary at the alabastrum and dad no glands all together .The whole genus included 10 species,among them 1 species in Bhutan ,and 9 species in China which distributed in southern parts of Yunnan,Guangxi,Guizhou and Guangdong.
