摘要: 甘油-3-磷酸酰基转移酶(GPAT)基因与植物抗冷性密切相关.克隆到的长柔毛野豌豆(Vicia villosa)GPAT基因的编码区完整的cDNA片段长1377bp,编码458个氨基酸残基,与蚕豆(Vicia faba)和豌豆(Pissum sativum)比较,其核苷酸序列的同源性分别为94.1%和93.3%,氨基酸序列的同源性分别为96.9%和98.0%.

Abstract: Glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransrerase (GPAT)gene is closely relative to the chilling-resistance of piants. We isolated the cDNA encoding the GPAT from Vicia uillosa cotyiedons. The cDNA fragement includes the whole coding region,which contains 1377 base pairs and codes 458 amino acids. Comparing to Vicia faba and pissum satiuum,the cDNA sequece and the deduced amino acid sewuence of Vicia uil-losa GPAT gene habe 94.1% and 93.3%, 96.9%and 98.0% homology respectively.
