Abstract: Genetic diversity of Manglietia decidua Q.Y.Zheng was investigated using inter simple sequence repeat markers (ISSR).Ten primers were screened from 90 primers.ISSR amplification generated multiple banding profiles with the 10 primers from all DNA samples,with an average of 81 fragments per primer.There were 14 polymorphic loci in the total fragments.Compared with other plants,the genetic diversity of Mdecidua is very low.
