Abstract: Choroplast DNA from Vitis fiexuosa Thunb was digested with BamHI. The resulting fragments were cloned into plasmids pUC7, pUC9 and pBR.322. The plasmid library of the BamHI fragments ofcpDNA from Vitis fiexuosa Thunb was obtained.
