Abstract: From ethanol extracts of Ceratostigma minus, a new compound maltol-0-glucoside(l), along with five known compounds plumbagin(2), quercetin(3), myricetin(4), qercetin 3-0-glucoside(5) and myricetin 3-0-rhamnoside(6), have been isolated and their struc-tures were elucidated on basis of spectral data and chemical evidences.
