Abstract: From the roots of Stellaria yunnanensis Diels a new cyclic peptide has been isolated On the basis of spectral analyses and chemical methods one of them has been determined to be a cycloheptapeptide and named stellarin A. The structure is cyclo[-Gly-Gly-Pro-Gly-Pro-Tyr-Tyr-].
