Abstract: In this paper, some problems of the taxonomy and distribution of Sect.Tuberculata H.T.Chang were discussed. 18 species of this section validly published, included Camellia ilicifolia Li ex H.T.Chang of Sect.Pseudocamellia Sealy, were revised and reduced to 6 species and 4 varie-ties. In addition, 2 new varieties were presented here.
