Abstract: Protoplasts isolated from monokaryon mycelia of wild Lentinus edodes in Yunnan and cultivar of Lentinus edodes were fused by applying electric field of sine wave 500kHz, 400pv / cm and square pulse 50us, 500Qpy / cm. Fused protoplasts were cultured into colonies for 10-15 days. The colonies from fusants were selected by discovering clamp connection of hyph^e under the light microscope.
