Abstract: There were two different views about the status of the monotytic genus Roborowskia Batalin, since it was established in 1893 based upon the Roborowski's collection from KLunlun mountain. As far as it has been treated as an endemic genus of China by some botanists without regard to the advices ofHutchinson (1921), Lid6n (1986), and so on. They had ever pointed out that it is perhaps not distinguishable from Corydalis and had better to be a section of Corydalis.
