Abstract: In the present paper, the karyotypical and chromosomal polymorphism were investi-gated in the population of Nomocharis mairei Levl. from Canshan, Dali, Yunnan province. First of all, the karyotypical polymorphism was described in the population, and the karyotype charac-ter was summarized.
