Abstract: The guaianolide glucoside was obtained from the all-herbs of Ainsliaea pertyoides Fr. var. albo-tomeniosa Beauverd. The structure was establishad by spectroscopic and X-ray analysis as la-H-guai-4 (15)-en-6α-12-olide-10 α -0- β-D-glucopyranoside.
