Abstract: Abstract This paper introduces the method and step of fuzzy clurtering analysis that has been used for dividing the floristic elements of Michelia of Guizhou, and the floristic elements are discussed in detail. The result shows: 1. The method of fuzzy clurtering analysis can reflect more the intrinsic character of the floristic elements than that of the conventional analysis. 2. The method of fuzzy clurtering analysis can reflect accurately the relationships among each floristic elements.
