Abstract: This paper has described the isolation of five alkaloids from Corydalis delavayi Franch. On the basis of spectroscopic analysis(IR. UV. MS. 1HNMR) and the physico-chemical constants four alkaloids were identified as protopine, corycavine, corynoline and the new natural nlkaloid, (+) acctylcorynoline.
