Abstract: This paper reported the qualitative and quantitative analysis of eriocalyxin A,eriocalyxin B,odonicin,maoecrystal B and maoecrystal Cfrom Rabdosia eriocalyx by HPLC method. The mithod was an initial test for quick microchromatography of diterpenoids from Rabdosia eriocaltyx.HPLC con-ditions as follow :Shinadzu Lc-4A, column, zorbax ODS 250 mmx4.6 mm;mobile phase,methanol-water (70:30);flow rate,0.65 ml/min; pressure,130kg/cm2;detectorSPD-2AS, WACE 230 NM.
