Abstract: This paper indicates the effects of hormone, light, temperature and time of incubation on anthocyanin contint in plantlets of Begonia fimbri-stipula Hance on uitro.NAA of concentration from 0.125 mg/l to 1.0 mg/l could increased anthocyanin content,0.125 mg/l had the best effect.BA,2ip, ZT decreased anthocyanin content. Light had a marked effects to enhance anthocyanin content of the plantlets ln the range of experiments anthocyanin content increased with the irradiation intensity.
