Abstract: Three monotetrahydrofuran type annonaceous acetogenins with keto groups. S7. S8.and S10, were isolated from the seeds of Annona muricata L.. Their structures have been elucidated on the basis of [a]D, 1H NMR. 13C NMR. MS and IR spectral evidences and they were named neo-isoannonacin-10-one(S10).neo-annonacin-10-one(S7)andiso-neoannonacin-10-one(S10).
