Abstract: The sterile seedlings of Hibiscus esculentus L.were obtained via sterile germination,The stem segments with one leaf and one axillary bud could be repeatedly subcultured on the medium"MS+1.0mg/L IBA",and a propagation coefficient is 3-4 in each subculture.
