Abstract: Seven compounds were isolated from Piper mullesua D. Don. Six of them were identified by spectra data to be: β- sitosterol (l) , retrofractamide A (2), chingchengen - amide A (3), nectandrin B (4), ( - ) - nectandrin A (5) , galgravin (6) . It is the first time that compound (4) and (5)were isolated from the genus Piper.
