Abstract: From the methanol extract of the whole herb of Peucedanum turgeniifo-lium Wolff, in addition to turgeniifolin A, turgeniifolin B, turgeniifolin C, (±)cis-khellactone, and (±) trans-khellactone, also afforded four known coumar-ins:(±) 7-hydroxy-8-(2' 3'-dihydroxy-3'-methyl-butyl coumarin (1 ), is-ooxypeucedanin (2 ), (±) peuformosin (3 ) and (±)diisovalerylkherllactone (4). The 13C NMR spectral data of these coumarins are presented.
